All orders placed through our website require full payment at the time of purchase. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order.

Delivery Timelines

• For Ready-for-Fulfillment (RFP) items, delivery is typically completed within 1 to 2 weeks.

• For Made-to-Order or larger items (such as full room sets), the estimated delivery time is 45 to 60 days, depending on production and customization requirements.

Custom Orders & Payment Terms

For custom or larger orders, payment terms will be arranged directly with our Head Office or Sales Team. A detailed payment and delivery schedule will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
